The Clerk's office serves as an arm of the checks and balances, collecting and distributing the revenue collected at the County level. The Clerk's office prepares the encumbrance records and payment records for all purchase orders. The Office processes payroll and benefits for employees, and all the expenses and payroll for Payne County.
