Secretary of Elections over Payne County/State of Oklahoma (Democrat)
The County Election Board is composed of three members: a Chairman,
Vice Chairman and Secretary. Each will receive a Certificate of Appointment
from the State Election Board. Each is required to file an Oath of
Office and Loyalty Oath with the County Clerk. The Secretary is the
chief administrative officer for the County Election Board and may
be reappointed by the State Board. The Election Board assumes responsibilities for all necessary steps in organizing and carrying out all elections, and voter registration transactions performed within the county in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma. If
