Clothing

Clothing may only be purchased through commissary unless brought within 72 hours of being booked in, no exceptions.

  • 3 T-shirts, white or gray (Short sleeves, no pockets)
  • 3 pairs of socks, white or gray
  • 3 pairs of underwear, white or gray (no pockets or draw strings)
  • 3 bras

Personal hygiene

Personal hygiene products must only be purchased through commissary.


Money

Money to be placed on an inmate's account will be accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM at the Payne County Sheriff's Office. Money may be in cash, money order, or in cashier's check. Make cashier's checks  or money orders our to the Payne County Sheriff's Office and in the memo, note the inmate's name. 


Inmates may not release funds from their Inmate Account.



Other

There will be no exceptions to this list. If an item is not listed or if you have a question, ask the jail administrator, Reese Lane. Any items left after release over 30 days will be donated to the Salvation Army, if usable, or thrown away.

Inmates cannot receive envelopes or stamps from property; they may purchase them from commissary.

Property for inmates will only be accepted on Wednesdays from 9:00 AM TO 11:00 AM during visitation.
